靳玉娟

靳玉娟,教授,博士研究生导师,现任北京工商大学轻工科学与工程学院副院长, 入选北京青年拔尖人才、北京青年英才,担任全国包装材料标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC49)委员、全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会塑木工作组(SAC/TC48/WG1)委员、中国日用化工协会特色植物资源化妆品专家委员会委员、工信部绿色制造公共服务平台评审专家等,作为负责人建立“北京工商大学-广东柏文联合实验室”。主要从事化妆品用创新高分子材料的开发及应用、超支化聚合物助剂开发及高性能包装高分子材料研究。将自主研发设计的系列超支化聚合物助剂,成体系应用于聚酯高分子材料改性,全面揭示线性高分子与球形高分子间的相互作用机制,大幅提升高分子材料的使用性能;将生物基高分子材料系统应用于化妆品领域,对丝素蛋白、聚乳酸等进行改性,应用于面膜、防晒剂、底妆、护肤品、洗发水等产品。

发表SCI收录论文60余篇;获授权国家发明专利12项;出版著作3部;制订国家标准/行业标准/团体标准10项。

主持国家自然科学基金项目、北京青年拔尖人才项目、北京市青年英才人才项目、北京市教委面上项目、企业委托产学研合作等研究课题50余项。

2022年获中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步二等奖,2021年获国家标准创新贡献奖,2019年获中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步二等奖。
